Yes, most services are on a fixed monthly fee so there are no surprises on your invoice. You'll always know exactly what you're paying and what's included.

Your first payment is due once you've signed your engagement letter, paid by bank transfer using the details on your first invoice. After that, ongoing fees are paid by standing order, which you'll set up directly with your bank, with payments going out on the 1st of each month.

No. I believe in transparent pricing, what we agree is what you pay. If anything changes about your needs or the scope of work, I'll always discuss it with you first before any changes to your fee.

I'm a Xero Certified Advisor and FreeAgent Accredited Practitioner, but I'm also experienced with other accounting software too. If you're not already using anything, I can help you get set up on the right platform for your business. And if you're already using something else, just let me know. I'm happy to work with what you have or talk through your options.
